logged in and asking to log in

Follow these steps.

1. log in to opac
2. click on my tags
3. click on OK button next to tag cloud filter
4. see that you're still logged in but tags page asks you to log in :)

This is because of the ?hidemytags=1 in the URL - I think we need to change the
logic behind this - if hidemytags == 1 it doesn't mean that I'm not logged in.
