This request seems to have been lost in history. As all the other possible
functions for the user via the OPAC have specific preferences to turn them on
and off, I would like to see this one added.
While looking into this please also consider that the user probably should be
allowed to view their personal details. We would like to have three choices -
view and allow change, view only, or view details off.
