Patron #1 puts a hold on volume 3 of the television series Deadwood - this is a
hold on a specific item.
Before the item is checked out to patron #1, library staff checks out volume 3
to patron #2.
Now patron #1 has a hold for "any copy" of Deadwood - hold switches from an
item level hold to an 'any item' hold.
