Proposed patch

routing.pl and routing-preview.pl were pointing to a non-existent column in the
borrowers table to pull the location. (streetaddress)  This patch changes
'streetaddress' to the branchcode in the borrower's record.

Displaying and printing an address doesn't make sense to me for routing slips. 
Printing the branch code does.  If this is in error please let me know.
