As we where giving a try to git version of koha we found we couldnt applyour
spanish translation to staff and opac interfaces. Galen provided us with three
patches that solved the issues but they needed more testing.

On the stable branch we can't apply tmpl_process3 to the staff templates. The
problem was on processing marc21_field_007.tmpl.

We found that the patch Galen provided solved the issue so I'm asking for it to
be backported. I'll attach Galen's patch just in case.
