The RSS link on the search results page should work just as well for searches
by tag as it does for other searches, but the link is incorrect. The URL of a
search by tag looks like this:

opac-search.pl?tag=thing&q=thing

And the RSS icon links to this:

opac-search.pl?q=thing&format=rss2
