We had a patron opt into the Upcoming Events message settings online and then
asking me why they never get any emails about events.  In the meantime, until
this unimplemented messaging option is deleted, could someone pst an sql report
which will give me a list of patrons who have opted in to Upcoming Event
messages?  Then I can add them to our separate library news email list which
actually works.  Thanks!
