Patch pushed to HEAD, but note that it introduced two issues that must be
resolved soon:

[1] The patch has removed extracting matching phrases from inside the bib
record for no apparent reason.  This matters because not all bib records are
necessarily retrieved by author or title.

[2] The highlighter does not distinguish between terms coming from the bib
record itself and labels (e.g., "format") provided by the template or
stylesheet.  It should be highlighting only terms coming from the bib record
itself.
