Quand BiblioAddsAuthorities est activé, on n'a pas la main sur le champ de
saisie de l'autorité dans la notice bibliographique pour saisir une nouvelle
autorité.
Quand la syspref est désactivée : on peut saisir l'autorité dans la notice
biblio.

Ce comportement est l'inverse de ce qu'il devrait être.

Si je modifie dans une notice biblio une autorité existante (en supprimant le
$9), l'autorité est bien créée avec BiblioAddsAuthorities actif.
On a le lien notice -> autorité
mais au niveau de l'autorité (/authorities/detail.pl) j'ai : Utilisé dans 0
notice(s)
(pour les autorités-pré existantes le nombre de notices liées est affiché)
