At this time, I intend to include patron attributes.

This ticket is just to update an entire categorycode's patrons at once. 
Children could be converted to adults if there were a categorycode for each
cohort.

I could allow conditional updates, but how best to design an interface for
that?  Raw SQL doesn't seem like a good idea, but a full query builder might be
beyond our sponsorship budget just now.

One other thing: this will be published as a contrib patch for 3.0 and may be
ported to 3.2 at a later date.
