Hi all.

Since I was the source of the report for this I decided to try to test it.  I
logged in to our test database which has v.3.01.00.032 installed on it.  I used
the login for the account that was experiencing problems with this last year. 
I was able to get to the link to batch upload a file and I was able to load a
single image file to a single patron account.  I do not have a batch file of
images so I cannot test that part.

I believe this means it works as I think that the librarian that was trying to
use this feature before would get logged out of the system as soon as she
clicked on the "Upload Patron Images" from the Tools menu.
