Send an email when a hold is placed

This patch works fine on KOHA 3.00.01.005. Not yet tested on 3.00.02 .

You have to set KohaAdminEmailAddress and create a template in 
/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/TMPL/LANG/modules/reserve/mail_reserve.tmpl .

Let me know if there's a problem.
