The overdue notice file containing letters for patrons without email addresses,
which is emailed to libraries, is limited to 64k. As a result a library may not
be receiving all the overdue letters that need to be mailed. This limit needs
to be increased.

I'm reporting this on behalf of a client whose file was cut off at 44 overdue
letters.
