If an item is already marked waiting and is checked in at its destination
branch, the screen does not display where the item should be held. One could
say that this is understood: the item is waiting at its destination, so no
transfer information is necessary. However, similar scenarios result in the
display of the branch, so displaying the information better meets the user's
expectations.
