Once you close an order, there is no way to edit it - which is how it should
be.  The problem is that there is a work around this.  If I edit the catalog
record by changing the title or overlaying another record on it I also change
the acq order.  I know that the order is linked to the bib record, but we might
need to store the information from the order in another table so that it cannot
be changed - for accounting reasons, the ability to change an order is not good
at all.
