Howard County Library proposes adding the ability to tag multiple items
at once.

Pre-existing functionality when logged in includes:

1) selecting multiple titles on the search results screen by clicking
   the Select All option or by clicking the check box beside each title.

2) tagging a single title from the search results list by typing a tag
   into the New Tag box associated with the title and clicking Add.

3) tagging a single title from the full bib record by clicking the Tag
   link and entering a tag and clicking Add.


New features would include:

1) adding a Tag button to the search results screen so that multiple
   selected titles can be tagged at once.

2) adding a Tag button in Lists.

3) adding a Tag button in the Cart.
