MARC21 XSLT stylesheets are not translatable:

  - They are located in koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en/xslt/
    and selected in script in this directory independently
    of theme and language.
  - Koha .po-based translation mechanism doesn't take
    into account XSLT files.

It means that now, when you activate MARC21 XSLT stylesheets,
if you change OPAC language, pages are translated but not
areas displaying biblio records.
