Let suppose you have two biblio record frameworks:

  - Default
  - Book

You can't do that:

  - In pro interface, search a biblo record
  - Select a biblio record which has 'Book' framework
  - On detail page, select MARC tab
  - On MARC detail page, in With Framework combo list, 
    select 'Default': it works!
  - Click on Edit > Edit record
  - On Editing page, in Change framework combo list,
    select 'Default': it doesn't work!
