I don't know if it's related to this bug (am assuming it is).  The report
download output seems to be truncated.  I ran a query that on screen said it
produced 33,926 rows.  When I download it in either comma or tab delimited
output, the file only contains 10,000 rows.  It seems like there is a limit
somewhere.  I took a quick look at guided_reports.pl, but didn't spot anything.
