The close message refers to "latest version of the code in head" while my
report was to rel_3_0 (not head).

Secondly, I've retested and still get "Error: Unauthorized userclick to log
out" with cardnumber but not with OPAC login.

I'm having a hopefully-unrelated problem with KOHA_DEBUG and will provide more
information once I crack it.
