Pushed patch.  Note that a new system preference was added to control the
behavior:

RenewalPeriodBase - Set whether the renewal date should be counted from the
date_due or from the moment the Patron asks for renewal 

In 3.2, the default value of RenewalPeriodBase is 'now', meaning that the new
due date is calculated as date of renewal + loan period, which was the behavior
prior to this patch.
