A library asked: 
"Is there a way for a library to determine which patrons have been emailed
overdue notices? For those patrons without email addresses, the library
receives the notices for printing, so the library knows who the notices are
going to. But for patrons with email addresses the notices are sent
automatically. Without running an overdues report, how does the library know
who these notices are sent to?"
Ability to add blind carbon copy to any notice would be helpful.
