When on the OPAC tab, if I click to edit one html field and then go to save all
- it does not save - if however I open another html field or edit any other
preference and then click save both fields will save ... 

Steps I went through (and I tried with diff preferences - same results):

1. click on 'click to edit' under 'opacheader'
2. add some html
3. click 'save all' -- nothing happens
4. click on 'click to edit' under 'opaccredits' (with opacheader still open)
and add a space
5. click 'save all' -- they are both saved.
