We are new to Koha and just installed Koha 3.00.02.012 few weeks ago. 
Installation was smooth and without much problems.  Unfortunately, we started
to encounter one problem after another when we test functions. We tried to
solve them ourselves unsuccessfully and wonder whether any of you have come
across these problems.  There are no error message attached to the listed
problems.

Problems -
1. Indexing.  Items catalogued do not appear until two or three days later even
though we have set up the cron job for every hour.  

2. Add Item screen 'disappeared' from creating and editing functions.  After
saving a record,  we could only see Add Item header and the button 'Add Item'. 
Rest of the fields have disappeared.  However,  when you click on the Add Item
button,  it adds a new item to the record.  The Add Item screen works fine from
the Serials module. 

3. A search for Authorities records return null though such records exist.

4. Values created under Authorised values are not displayed.  Values created
for Acquisitions' Budget and Fund do not appear in the drop down menu from New
Order screen.
