Related to the problem in Bug 3702, the OPAC individual record display is not
presently sorting by library/branch name.  It's sorting on the first column in
the item table, which is item type.  Owen Leonard is planning a more
comprehensive fix for this problem; for now I've done a template change which
puts the library/branch Location column first.  This will sort the holdings in
alphabetical order by library/branch.

I've also done a minor change to the MARC21slim2OPACResults.xsl file, to put a
space between the holding library and call number in the "Availability" line. 
Previously there was no space so that the library name and call number ran
together, like Public Library[MYS DAHEIM] (1).
