The syspref AdvancedSearchTypes controls whether the advanced search screen for
both staff and OPAC uses item types or collection codes.  We needed to have
staff mode use one setting but OPAC the other.  This feature adds a new syspref
OPACAdvancedSearchTypes and modifies opac-search.pl to use it, so that each
interface can use different settings.
