Their are invoicenumber fields in both aqorders and aqbasket. In receipt the
orderline invoicenumber is assigned. The basket level field is not currently
populated, nor is it passed to the basket display but the label for the field
is displayed. Currently this is just misleading for the user suppress the
basket level invoicenumber from display. The attribute is a candidate for
removal from the basket.
