I have added a file with the screen shots of the problem we're having.  We can
search by record number and find the books that we've cataloged, but we cannot
find the items by any other kind of search.  This is becoming extremely
frustrating because we are getting new books for our collection and we cannot
put them on the shelves for our students to use because they are not coming up
in the catalog!
