In numerous OPAC files (all with the name opac-detail.tmpl), there are
references to various files in /intranet-tmpl/prog/en/lib/greybox/. These link
in thesw files, all with the name opac-detail.tmpl appear to be related to the
Google Books feature. This occurs in various locales, for example: 

/koha-3.00.03/koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en-USACADEMIC/modules/opac-detail.tmp

and 

/koha-3.00.03/koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/it-IT/modules/opac-detail.tmpl
