Sent patch for this bug to add altcontactcountry to borrowers/deletedborrowers
as Nicole suggested.

Patch also fixes display of reqired fields (syspref BorrowerMandatoryField). 

Patch also solves Bug 1600: Add B_address2 to Alternate address. Patch attached
to this bug.
