When running the rebuild_zebra.pl ("Zebra") command line utility with the -h /
--help switch, it *correctly* displays usage information.

But, when running the rebuild_nozebra.pl ("NoZebra")command line utility with
the -h / --help switch, it *incorrectly* runs the command right away.

So, usage information is missing for the -h / --help switch.

I'm preparing a patch for rebuild_nozebra.pl to fix this.
