The autoBarcode syspref dropdown displays "generated in the form <branchcode>
yymm0001," even though my preference is set to off.

The value in my systempreferences table is 'OFF.'  If I change the value in sys
prefs to 'not generated automatically' and save, the value in my
systempreferences table is changed to ''.

This changes no functionality, but the initial value incorrect display in sys
prefs could be confusing.
