booksellers.pl, 
- no vendor found: don't display the table header
- set vendor active by default when you create it
-supplier.pl (create vendor) : improve display( some fields are on the right of
the label, some are below, ...)
- prefferred publisher : remove this field, it does nothing
- contract in toolbar = "Edit contract" => rename to "contract".
- The contracts should not be available from admin, but only from acquisition.
(in contract add, don't let choose another bookseller, just display)
- when the list of pending basket is long, the "add basket is too far. Put it
on top of the <td>


aqcontracts.pl:
- when there is no contracts, don't display <table>, but "No contracts"
- contract description: should be a textarea
- start and enddate checkers are wrong when you're US format
- remove column "contractid" in list, and description.
- when clicking on contract name, display contract, not edit directly
- add a link to acquisition on bookseller
