In exporting the overdue.pl - as Plano ISD sponsored we would now like to
include a few more fields from the borrower record

cardnumber
borrowertype
and all the extended attributes displaying their DESCRIPTION from the
authorized values table in seperate columns if possible.

That way we could run a mailmerge against it to build our on demand overdues
for students showing name, cardnumber, we put grade in the borrowertype and
homeroom is an extended attribute.
