In order for Koha to be a serious contender for market share in Norway, it will
need support for NORMARC
(http://www.nb.no/fag/kompetansesenter/kunnskapsorganisering/dnk/normarc, in
Norwegian only), the Norwegian dialect of MARC.

This involves setting up the MARC frameworks, XSLT for OPAC display, indexing
etc.
