Biblio::GetCOinSBiblio does not handle non-book formats when the MARC flavour
is MARC21. Closely related to this, instead of always setting rft.btitle,
rft.jtitle or rft.atitle should be set for journal records and analytic
records, respectively. This issue appears in both 3.0.5 and 3.02-alpha.
