Ok, ModDateLastSeen is being called and is being updated. 

Now to check why bookcount.pl is not using that.

Right I see, bookcount.pl doesnt look at the lastseendate at all. It looks only
for issues, or completed transfers, so even though we are updating the
datelastseen field on the item. It won't be seen by this report until it is
either issued, or the transfer is completed.

Will rework it so that it looks for started transfers also.
