When a Lost item is set to lost it charges the borrower for the item.  If the
item is returned, but the item hasn't been paid for it doesn't automatically
generate the credit to the borrower.

I would like it to generate the credit back to the borrower which then would
wipe out the Lost charge.

There is a "hack" in 3.01.00.32 Community LibLime - for if the item was lost
and paid to generate the credit back to the borrower, but you can't clear that
credit - see bug - 3230, 3607, 3265

I just ran a scenerio on Community Koha 3.01.00.124(alpha) - probably 2 months
old and it set the status correctly at checkin, but did nothing with the
borrower Lost amount or fines.
