I agree with this in principle. ie. Some of the item fields need to be added to
the selection list. However, if I recall correctly, one can technically enter
any field in any of the borrowers, branches, biblio, biblioitems, and items
tables. I'm not sure we want to advertise all of those fields. As a matter of
fact it would probably be preferable to fix overdue_notices.pl to restrict the
fields to match those advertised on tools/letter.pl and keep these sync'd.
