Let's get a run-down of what features are in question (notes from me are
post-patch-of 2010-04-27):

- Amazon cover images in the OPAC (working for me)
- Amazon cover images in the staff client (working for me)

- Amazon customer reviews in the OPAC (working for me)
- Amazon customer reviews in the staff client (None. Weren't ever there AFAIK)

- Amazon similar items in the OPAC (working for me)
- Amazon similar items in the staff client (working for me)

- Amazon product descriptions in the OPAC (working for me)
- Amazon product descriptions in the staff client(working for me)

What's missing?
