I can add and edit additional patron attributes from the full edit screen, but
if I click the link on the patron detail page which brings up just the
attributes edit form
(/cgi-bin/koha/members/memberentry.pl?op=modify&borrowernumber=XXX&step=4) I
cannot save or edit:

memberentry.pl: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/oleonard/kohaclone/C4/SQLHelper.pm line 186.
