There was no code in z3950_search.pl to search for LC call number, only for LC
card number. If search for LC card number is needed this could be added easily.

I tested with different call numbers from LOC, you can search for the whole LC
call number and for parts of it. 

Example:
CALL NUMBER:      Q181 .A68 2006
SEARCH FOR:      Q181 .A68 2006
                 Q181 .A68
                 Q181 

My solution uses the attributes from Library of Congress Left-anchored Phrase
