After you create a report from SQL it brings you to a list of options.  From
here you have to click 'saved reports' and then find your report and click
'run'  I think instead we should add 'run this report' as an option to that
list to eliminate the extra unnecessary click.

I'd also say that we should include an 'edit' link on the report page itself
(after running) so if the report needs editing you don't have to hit back and
then find the report and click edit.
