Patch to fix bug

The install_misc/ubuntu.packages file does not reflect the new packages that
have been added to Ubuntu 10.10. There should be a file that can be fed into
dpkg --set-selections to install these new packages.

On a related note: Koha installation without CPAN! (if you're not too picky
about versions)
