We have done some testing and find that this report appears to work in our TEST
DEV community version 3.01.00.107 but does not work in either our instance
version 3.01.00.037, or in the LLEK Sandbox version 3.01.00.039 with LibLime
Enterprise Koha build: 4.0200003
