authority there, until search

This is still an issue.  There is nothing in my log file - not even after
trying to search a few times.

What I did was plug in the unique URL for an authority record - I then had it
open and copied the name and searched for it (seen above) what I get is NO
RESULTS after searching for a record that is obviously there.  I have rebuilt
zebra and can find my bib and item records with no problem.  I have not been
able to find any authorities though.
