Proposed fix

This patch adds XSLTDetailsDisplay and XSLTResultsDisplay variables for the
staff client, OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay and OPACXSLTResultsDisplay variables to
the OPAC. Note that the XSLTResultsDisplay doesn't actually do anything because
no one has added an XSLT version of search results to the staff client.
