If I did a search for mental at a specific library I get the following URL
http://nki.koha.senylrc.org/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?q=mental&limit=branch%3AVFR

If I click on the show more in the facet colum, I get the following URL with
out the branch limit I have defined.
