In misc/cronjobs/advance_notices.pl, the patron's number-of-days-before-due to
send out a PREDUE notice is selecting for books due based on the parameter
maxdays input to the script, rather than the patron's preference setting.

Since the user has *some* items due ahead, but not that precise number of days
ahead, this results in a notice with no item details to it.  A previous patch
enabled use of <<items.content>>, but this results in a blank line in the
notice, confusing patrons.

Patch is coming in a few minutes!
