I used to be able to add more items to the quantity in acq ordering ... but now
I can't.

I tried typing the number of items I wnted in Quantity and that didn't work, I
also tried clicking the plus under each item - that added more item records,
but did not update the quantity - so right now you can only order a quantity of
1 with acquisitions.
